Catalog Description:
Introduction, causes of traffic accidents, statistical report
on road accidents, safety effectiveness of highway design elements,
identification of problem locations, data analysis of problem
locations, accident reporting systems, education and training,
rescue and hospital services.
Course Objectives:
To emphasize on the importance of safety measures to decrease
the number and severity of the traffic accidents and to teach
the necessary tools for an effective accident investigation.
